Della Farance
I was born in North Dakota in 1937. I have four children, three girls and a boy. I am a grandmother of six and a great-grandmother of three girls.
I have lived in Vancouver, Sunnyside and Wenatchee, WA. I moved to Kennewick in 1948 and graduated from Kennewick High School in 1955. I have lived in the state of Washington for 67 years. I moved back to the Tri-Cities in 1988.
I was a stay-at-home Mom until 1987. In 1988 I worked at Mother’s World in Kennewick for 11 ½ years, then at J.C. Penneys for 7 ½ years. I retired in 2007.
I joined the Richland Seniors Association (RSA) two years ago. I do volunteer work for the RSA at the gift shop, help and hosts the third Fridays and fifth Sundays of the month dances, Christmas Balls, Senior picnics, Meal on Wheels and wherever help is needed.
